UCA DOES NOT SELL MAILING LISTS. UCA COLLECTS NO FINANCIAL
INFORMATION ON THIS SITE. CONTACT INFORMATION IS SHARED WITH OWNERS
BY BIDDERS. OWNERS CAN HIDE CONTACT INFORMATION BEFORE AUCTION
CLOSE, BUT IT WILL EVENTUALLY BE DISPLAYED TO THE WINNER.
UCA Auction Rules
The basic rules are that the owners
act responsibly and accurately describe their vehicles. Bidders are
expected to only bid if indeed they will purchase the vehicle should
they be declared the winner. All
actions solicited or made are of a legal nature.
Owners Auction
Rules
There is a field provided in the "Profile Edit" section of your UCA
Control Panel to input any rules the owner of a vehicle wants
attached to their auctions.
These could include prior test-drives, showroom visits, prior
contact etc.....
These arrangements are not reflected in the declaration of the
winner by UCA.
Notification
Emails receipts will be sent upon vehicle listings and bidding.
Cancellation notices are sent to all bidders and the owner should an
auction be withdrawn. Winners will be notified upon their win;
Owners will be sent a list of all bidders and contact information
for follow-up.
ESCROW
Owners of vehicles may require a bidder to place a deposit in an
escrow account to have a valid bid. These arrangements are not
reflected in the declaration of the winner by UCA. The notice of
Escrow needs to by fully described with the vehicles.
Inventory
Feeds & Input
UCA will accept bulk upload
feeds from any third-party vendor upon request. Feeds are done on
every Tuesday morning with feeds from Monday.
Feeds default: 15 days Non-Binding, Sealed, with "internet price" as
the Blind Reserve Price [when none is supplied the Reserve is made $100,000]. Edit to change these defaults.
Feeds will bypass reloading vehicles if
the auction is still active and there is at least one bid already
made. Member can input vehicles and images at any
time through their Auction Control Panel.
Public
Membership
The public has free use of all UCA services with no commissions,
listing or bidding fees. Publicly displayed auctions will be
detailed in The Auction Shoppers Catalog should it be distributed.
Basic
Dealer Membership
There is a single monthly
fee associated with professional use of UCA; with no commissions,
listing or bidding fees. Basic Membership includes listings in The
Auction Shoppers Catalog at the option of UCA.
Affiliate
Auction Websites
An Affiliated Auction Website is available to
professional members including Automobile Dealers, Rental Car
Companies, Banks and organizations with fleets for disposal. These
sites are leased for periods of time agreed upon by the lessee and
UCA.
Sites come with a domain name of the lessees
choice; or they will be assigned one that in the following format:
"nickname.UsedCarAUCTION.com
The affiliate site allows for customization and
the ability for the lessee to change the messages, videos, vehicles,
and auction details in real time.
The affiliated site includes all the auction
features available on UCA but adjusted for their PROPRIETARY
PROSPECTS, as all visitors who register into the Affiliate Site.
The Auction Shoppers Catalog will feature the
Affiliate Auction Sites for the markets it is distributed. Where the
catalog is not distributed the monthly fee will be capped at $100
per month. There will be a limited number of affiliate sites per
market and catalog; as well as a limited number of each
manufacturers franchise to be listed as NEW in each market.
Auction Shoppers Catalog
In markets where there are more then 40 Affiliate
Members actively utilizing the service UCA will publish a catalog to
be distributed within that market featuring the dealers vehicles
Membership
Revocation & Suspension
UCA reserves the right to suspend or revoke the
membership of any member that misuses the services. Instances that are initiated by a breach
in the rules of the auction will result in forfeiture of any prepaid
fees.
Notice

for any images or descriptions displayed on this site; nor for condition of
vehicles, or for the transactions that may or may not result through this
website. UCA is not responsible for missed email notifications.
